This is an interesting presentation by Paul Collier at TED 2009. He talks about what is currently done wrong after national conflicts. He continues about how one could do it better.

Wie man eine Generation verliert

“How to loose a generation”. There is a petition to the German Bundestag not to pass the bill for blocking sites containing child pornography. While child pornography has to be punished, I do not consider blocking the sites being a punishment. Blocking is a tool that can by misused to easily for other purposes. The right measure would be to go after the publishers and take the sites down, i.e. turn of the servers.
