Munich
We have been on a trip to Munich.
Not being the biggest fan of Southern Germany we planned this trip anyway, since it was time to visit a good friend.
I have been living in Munich for half a year and I remember the weather being moody there. On this visit it was no different. On arrival it was cold and wet. It stayed that way almost till the end of our trip. Only on the last days it became better.
So, the first days we mainly visited museums like
- Deutsches Museum
- Pinakothek der Moderne
- Neue Pinakothek
By chance we also were staying in Munich when they had the “Lange Nacht der Museen”. Many more museums there.
When the weather turned to the sunny side, we did two day trips. One to the Hirschberg and one to Starnberger See.
